Among the options are several types: plots for the construction of villas, with an area of 12,000 sq. ft m to 20,000 sq.ft, plots for mansions – from 20,000 sq.ft. up to 50,000 sq. ft There are options for Mega Mansions and spacious plots for properties up to 132,000 sq.ft. The community will house a five-star hotel, resorts and spa areas, a fitness center, a wellness centre, cinemas and a hot air balloon centre. Co-working areas and three shopping centres will be organised. For fans of an active lifestyle, the project will feature a cycling track, an outdoor gym, ball courts, a climbing wall, a padel tennis court and mini golf. All residents will be able to take advantage of exceptional service: concierge services, nanny services, cleaning and maintenance services and many others. The minimum cost of a plot starts from AED 1.49 M (USD 406 K). It is planned that the construction of the community will be completed by the end of 2027. Until completion, plots for residential construction can be purchased using an advantageous 50/50 payment plan.The last 50 per cent is paid within two years after completion of construction.
